I love the monthly podcasts on the Whole Foods blog. Personally I get overwhelmed in the beauty and health isles so I found this months' podcast- "The ABC's of Supplements" particularly helpful. Nutritionist Malia Curran talks about various benefits and forms of supplements, things to know about regulation and explains a few terms that are often confusing. Six minutes well spent.
